Hi, I'm Coach Mindy!

I'm Mindy Garrett, a Nutritionist and Coach with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training, and for ten years I've helped busy men and women throughout the U.S. and Canada lose weight, gain energy, get healthy and fit -- without restrictive diets or hours of cardio.

In my experience, personally and professionally, if you want to get healthy, strong and fit the road you take to get there must be simple, realistic, and fun! That's why I won't ask you to spend hours on cardio or cut out all your favorite foods. What you need are the simple and effective tools that will help you maximize your minutes for the best results.
