  • Application Review
    I review each application personally to make sure we’re a good fit.
    (Only 5 clients will be accepted for January.)
  • Clarity Call (If Accepted)
    If your application is approved, we’ll schedule a phone call to walk through your goals, what’s been holding you back, and what your body needs most right now. You’ll leave this call with clarity — whether you move forward with coaching or not.
  • Begin Your Coaching Program
    If it’s a match, we start your personalized 4-session program and build your midlife strategy together.
