Meet Coach Mindy

I'm Coach Mindy, a nutritionist and weight loss coach with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training. For the past 10+ years I've helped men and women throughout the U.S. and Canada get off the diet roller coaster and lose their weight for good - without counting calories, cutting out the foods they love or spending hours on cardio.

In private coaching we'll use my simple and personalized process that makes food and fitness easy, so you can create habits you feel good about and easily stick to, and know you'll never have to do another diet again.
