We’ll spend your first coaching session reviewing your diet history and current nutrition, in order to map out a personalized nutrition plan supportive of your goals. This is especially important for women to support healthy hormones and metabolism. With a clear understanding, we're able to remove obstacles and tailor your plan to you, so you can confidently take simple and realistic steps toward your health and weight loss goals starting day one!
  • Weekly Private Coaching Calls. Nothing compares to getting personalized one-on-one guidance and support in real time. Each week we'll hop on a private Zoom call where I will coach you through another step of my eat better framework, help you problem solve areas of challenge and healthily handle situations that may come up, so you can keep moving forward with confidence toward your goals!
  • Monitor for results. In private coaching I'll teach you how to eat for healthy weight loss, with the amount of calories your body needs to shed fat, and the right portions of protein, carbs, and healthy fats to keep you energized, satiated, and satisfied.

I'm Mindy Garrett, a nutritionist with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training, and I've helped men and women throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe get healthy, lose weight, and feel great. In my experience, personally and professionally, if you want to lose weight and keep it off, the road you take to get there must be simple, realistic, and FUN! 

That's why I don't offer cookie cutter programs, tell my clients they have to eat kale if they don't like kale, or ask them to spend hours on exercise they dread. Instead your program is customized specifically for YOU and considers your age, current weight and weight loss goal, lifestyle, food preferences, and more.
