In Private Fitness Training, we'll create a custom workout plan just for you, to help you build fat burning muscle, improve mobility, and support overall health, fitness, and wellness.

"I’ve had the pleasure of training in private sessions with Mindy Garrett of Mind and Body Elite and, I have to say, she is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with! This lady really knows her stuff! Before she works with you she provides you with a list of questions to complete about your health history and exercise history. Then she does an intake evaluation to determine your fitness levels, any limitations you might have, and your health goals. Then the fun begins!!

Mindy was always very prepared for each session complete with my favorite music, a great warm-up, and exercises to train all parts of my body in different ways. I learned so much from her! She taught me exercises I’ve never done before and provided me with handouts of exercises I could do at home. I’m not an exercise junkie, in fact, in don’t really like to work out at all. But Mindy made it fun AND challenging at the same time. She pushed me harder than I would have pushed myself and introduced new ways of moving to me. I highly recommend working with Mindy if you want an efficient, quality, cross training type of work-out that’s fun! She rocks!

Hi, I'm Coach Mindy!

Hi, I'm Mindy Garrett, a Nutritionist with a Bachelors in Health Sciences, certified in Precision Nutrition and Personal Training, and for over 10 years I've helped men and women throughout the U.S. and Canada create balanced food and fitness habits, so they can eat better, think better, and feel their best, so they can reach their goals without cutting out all the foods they love or hours of cardio.

I realize just how much diet culture misinformation is out there. And I understand how years of dieting has created habits that are standing in the way of your goals. I get it, because I was there once too. For years I struggled trying to balance my food and fitness for results that last. I tried counting calories, cutting out food groups, spending hours at the gym, and saying no to everything fun. And it led to a complicated relationship with food and fitness. It wasn't until I studied nutrition and exercise that I realized my approach to healthier living was all wrong.

That's why I founded Mind & Body Elite, to provide no-nonsense, personalized programs with the expert guidance and support you need to create food and fitness habits you can feel good about, easily stick to your healthy habits, and achieve results that last.

I offer a unique background in education, business management, and entrepreneurship, with over 20 years of hands-on experience, including work with youth and families, developmental and supportive nutrition, injury rehab and prevention, and nutritional health & fitness for men and women over 40.
