FITNESS EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATIONS

You do not need to purchase any special fitness equipment or tools to get an effective workout. In fact, using common household items such as a chair, stool, stairs and water jugs can provide great opportunities to build and challenge your muscles. That said, many of my clients ask what I recommend for simple and effective fitness tools they can easily have on hand to support them as their fitness level grows, so I've created a list of a few of my favorites.
